This three part workshop is for all individuals who have back pain, or are seeking to maintain a healthy spine on. The first part of the series will include breathing techniques, as well as simple morning and evening routines to alleviate back pain and provide support. The second part of the series will focus on sitting and standing poses (Asana) for postural awareness, and the third part will cover creating space and stability in the hamstrings, hips and chest.
